- 2 ½ cups (310g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
- 1 cup (226g) Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup (200g) Brown Sugar
- ½ cup (100g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 Extra Yolk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups (270g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup (170g) Mini Marshmallows
- 6 Graham Crackers

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Beat the butter and both sugars together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then add to the butter mixture.
Gently fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
Scoop dough onto the prepared sheet, spacing them evenly, and bake for 9–11 minutes.
Allow to cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
